1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received. You will receive a confirmation message or email with the details.
2. Payment Policy
Payments must be made in advance as per the booking terms. We accept UPI, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods. Any additional charges (like entry tickets or local transport) are to be paid directly.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within a specific time frame may be eligible for a refund, subject to deduction of cancellation charges. Last-minute cancellations may not be refunded. Custom packages may have special cancellation rules.
4. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be informed in advance, and alternatives will be offered.
5. Travel Documents
Customers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof and any required permits. Mahakal Tours will assist in arranging permits when needed but is not responsible for denial of entry by local authorities.
6. Customer Conduct
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully with fellow passengers, drivers, guides, and locals. Any damage caused to property or vehicles must be compensated by the customer.
7. Liability Disclaimer
While we ensure safe and reliable services, Mahakal Tours is not liable for delays, accidents, natural disasters, or loss of belongings beyond our control.
8. Service Providers
We may partner with third-party vendors (hotels, transport, guides) for services. We are not directly responsible for their actions but will assist you in case of any issues.
