Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellations must be made in writing via WhatsApp, email, or direct call. The date of communication will be considered the official cancellation date.
2. Refund Eligibility
- 7 or more days before travel: Up to 80% refund
- 3–6 days before travel: 50% refund
- Less than 72 hrs: No refund
Refund amounts may vary based on the type of package or season.
3. Non-Refundable Components
Advance payments for hotels, permits, or transport already booked on your behalf may be non-refundable. These will be deducted from the total refund.
4. Partial Cancellations
If only part of a tour or service is cancelled, refunds will be made after deducting the cost of services already availed or committed.
5. No Show Policy
Failure to show up on the day of departure or pickup without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be processed.
6. Cancellation by Mahakal Tours
In rare cases (due to weather, strikes, or safety issues), we may cancel or postpone a trip. A full refund or alternative option will be offered.
7. Trip Modifications
Date or destination changes requested by the customer will be considered based on availability and may incur rescheduling charges.
8. Refund Processing Time
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
